SerenRun uses SSL encryption on applicable website pages to help protect information transmitted during the checkout process. We do not request or store customers’ card security codes outside the payment processing process. 13. Ownership and Risk of Loss Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Returns and Refunds Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. SerenRun does not charge any restocking fees, return processing fees, or handling fees. Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.
