SerenRun is committed to providing a clear and transparent return experience. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange request.
π Return Eligibility & Timeframe
All return requests must be initiated within 14 days after the order is marked as delivered.
The return period is strictly calculated from the date of delivery confirmation, not the date of purchase.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
π¦ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging and accessories
- Items must not show signs of installation, damage, or alteration
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or partially refunded.
π Exchange Policy
We support product exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within the return period
- Items must meet all return condition requirements
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund option may be provided instead.
π° Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount
- The restocking fee covers inspection, handling, and inventory processing costs
π³ Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5β10 business days after inspection approval
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
π Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
